On Sunday afternoon - January 16, 2005 - while visiting the annual
Grand Tradition Bridal Faire [www.grandtradition.com] in Fallbrook,
photographer Ken Seals approached me about a project he had in mind.
Ken's whim was to photograph the artists of Fallbrook.
While we've all grown accustomed to viewing artists' work on the Internet,
Ken's thought was to portray the talent behind the work.
To show the artists, their studios, and the artists working in their studios

As for myself, I had been carrying around for sometime, in the back of my mind,
the concept of The Art Of Fallbrook.com. Fallbrook, California has some
way-cool arts websites, including the
Art Center At Fallbrook [www.fallbrookart.org],
and the
Art Studios Of Fallbrook [www.artstudiosoffallbrook.com]

However each current site is a bit parochial, in that their agendas are . . .
well, to promote their agenda. (Which is as it should be)

But I was left wanting for a wider-ranging arts website for the Fallbrook art scene.
More akin to what Ken was proposing - to visually answer the question:
"Who the hell are the artists of Fallbrook?"

Hence, the core of The Art Of Fallbrook.com: The Artists Of Fallbrook
- is offered-up for your consideration. Here's to your thoroughly enjoying the life, times,
& work of the Village's remarkably creative talents
