THE VILLAGE OF FALLBROOK

|[Implementation Phase
of Tourism Project Greets 2005
]|

As reported in the inaugural Tourism Project newsletter, in 2004 the Fallbrook Village Association and the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce commissioned a Tourism Assessment of Fallbrook. The thought was to look at ways for attracting new visitors to town. These visitors will stay in local inns, dine at Fallbrook's growing number of gourmet restaurants, shop in the Heart of the Village district, and visit galleries
and the Art Center at Fallbrook

The resulting tourism revenue will go toward bolstering local businesses, plus providing a base to expand on the offerings of Fallbrook
- for both residents and visitors alike

In Southern California, with a population numbering in the millions,
there are many wishing for a weekend urban escape.
They appreciate the Arts, fine food, unique shops,
and traditional, rural settings

Think: Fallbrook

|[ Have a say. Get involved ]|

With the implementation phase of the Tourism Project underway - overseen by the Fallbrook Village Association, and supported by the Chamber of Commerce - the effort is being guided by 7 Committees:

  1. Big Picture Committee

    • Mike Weber • Vince Ross • Don McDougal • Sid Syvertson • Jennifer Jeffries

  2. Marketing Committee

  3. Chamber of Commerce

  4. Arts Council

  5. Heart Of The Village

  6. Fallbrook Beautification Alliance

Volunteers are actively being sought to participate in the implementation phase of the Tourism Project, serving on Committees 2-6 listed above. In order to play a part in this community endeavor, please contact any of the above committee leaders, or:
